Ugg brand

Ugg brand so pretty and popular but what goes on inside the factory? 8 lambs/sheep are killed for just one pair of uggs so with the brand being so popular and people ordering from them everyday,  countless sheep are killed everyday. Now you may be thinking "they probably don't kill them they probably just shear them" no they do kill them in fact most of them are skinned alive. It's not just Uggs, bearpaw and other brand use sheep fur and skin too, cruelty free shoes are ok but do your research before buying to make sure they are cruelty free.

Here is a little information on uggs I got from www.snopes.com

Ugg boots are typically made from sheepskin with attached fleece (rather than wool attached to a synthetic base), a raw material derived from sheep that have been killed and skinned rather than simply sheared of their coats. In recent years various celebrities and animal rights groups have urged boycotts of ugg boots, calling upon manufacturers and consumers to instead choose boots made from synthetic materials rather than animal products.
